Every week there seems to be a common thread with the energies moving about. I trust that everyone I come into contact with is drawn to me for a purpose. Some would honor it as faith, others as fate. No matter the reason, I feel there is an importance in connecting these commonalities as well as offering the sanity of knowing that we are all here together in this process. A couple of these threads that I want to touch on really seemed to speak loudly, more so than others.
First let's talk about the transition from 2015 to 2016. We are only a couple of weeks into the New Year and so much has happened already. Prior to this, 2015 felt "off" and was really a whopper of a year for loss, however, what I found is that the energy of the loss embodied a much different feel. Part of me sensed that this "off" energy began in the early winter of 2014 and simply transitioned through.
The world felt heavy with words that were either hiding or simply were not being said. It didn't take long for the energies being concealed to bring themselves to the front of the room for you to see. These transitions that occurred seemed to have been in motion long before they'd been brought to light, and many were happening at the same time requiring us function on all levels of our being. The feeling of life moving so fiercely proved to be quite challenging throughout the majority of the year. The loss of family members, friends, pets, jobs, homes, comfort, health, finances, etc., was a lot of effort and seemed to really take a lot out of people.
All that being said, the energies that transitioned out left a lot of space for new growth. This energetic movement reminded me of the Native American Thunderbird, maybe better known to many as the Phoenix. This fabled creature lived knowing that one day in its own end, there would be new life. The Thunderbird gathered the wood and built the fire that would reduce its physical existence to ashes. In life, the building of the fire is the time when we are experiencing the high and low intensity of life. This is a reminder that no matter the thickness of the situation we are moving through, it will eventually come to an end. From the ashes the bird would rise again but as a new existence, sharing the memories of who it was before and who it would never be again, for all things change in the flame.
A couple times this week there was mention of Saturn which holds the energies of aligning with karma for the purpose of resolving and moving forward. Saturn’s energies work with the crown Chakra, putting you in a place to find some space of higher consciousness. Saturn also effects the root Chakra with connection to aspects of survival through challenge. This keeps you in a weighted flow, that is grounding so you can process life despite the moments of limitation. What this means is that if you were working through intense points of life, focus with the root and the crown aspects of your energy to help clear and support your journey.
A final aspect that made its presence clear throughout the week is Selenite. Selenite is a stone that is often white with a reflective shimmer to it. Some of the properties of Selenite connect to higher realms and resonate with the crown energies, helping to clear and cleanse the aura. In the case of energetic attachments, selenite can be used to cut these hooks that attach to you throughout the day. To cleanse with selenite you can say, "I release all attachments from others and send their energy back to them. I also request that any of my energies attached to others be returned to me." This will help you be clear that you have cleansed you and your space fully, while offering others the same opportunity.
