I believe it is safe to say that the full moon last week stirred the cauldron of emotions, allowing them to bubble in the deep, swoosh and slosh about until the entire space surrounding the cauldron was sopping wet! Then, to boot, there were no warning signs posted, “Caution: WET FLOOR” or “Slippery When Wet” and so the game to see who was left standing on their feet began. Now, I don’t know about you, but I was pretty much without my footing most of the week, and landed on my toosh pretty hard a few times. The good news is I made it to the other side and it is great to see that most of you did too.
The week began with a full moon with a strong energy around the sign of Virgo which may have felt like your world was being put back into order through the sight of binoculars. It tapped into energies of the last five months which have propelled us into this place we are now. It is important to remember to bring your sight away from the narrow view of those binocs not matter how clearly you may see what is ahead. If you are able to allow for an expanded view, you are more likely to see all of the roads presented for your journey and this is a way for you to have both the clarity of the small things and the beautiful broad view of all that exists to support whatever choice you make.
It also felt like a week for the universe to challenge you in ways that would shake your confidence; that would force you to tap into the wealth of wisdom you have developed over the years and apply it to present situations in life around business, relationships, and spiritually connected healing. It seems that while 2016 has been talked about as a year that “things will happen”, these previously mentioned areas of existence felt stuck emotionally.
Did you find yourself stuck within your business or your job, feeling like it was impossible for you to move forward? This can be an extremely challenging place considering that financial energy is much of the exchange for experiencing things in life. There are a few ways to move beyond this feeling of being stuck here and this is one place where the “expanded view” can really help clear things up. With the pieces of the last few months more present, it may help to stop and take a breath to remember that you have already come this far. You have the experience and the know how to find a way around this “stuckness”, so remember where you have been and that you have the strength and capability to get around or through anything that is holding you up.
Maybe you found that it was all about relationships last week and found yourself working through connections with others. Whether it is about relationships you are already in or new involvements, it is so easy to let the past cloud the present. Notice when you feel yourself getting stuck in the ways “they have always been” or the ways “you have always been”. When you welcome each instance as a present, new beginning you open yourself to seeing beyond the history of this one place or beyond your own history of hurts and emotions. You empower yourself to be your most authentic self and inspire others to do the same.
If you felt an inability to move toward your spiritual healing journey remember that you are the manifestation of spirit and divine source. When you get stuck it is so tempting to move through it from outside of yourself and at the end of the day, it is only you who can fill with the light and only you who knows your truth. Allow yourself a moment to sink your roots deep into the earth and drink in the presence of the moment throughout your entire sensory system. From here the thing that was holding you up might not seem so big, and you can reclaim the essence of the truth of your path.
The emotional energy continued through the end of the week and didn’t seem to let up. If you found yourself tearing up over commercials, or feeling sudden rushes of emotion rise during conversations, you were not alone. Offer yourself a “presence pass” and as best as you can give yourself permission to be whatever you need to be, feel what you need to feel, and embrace the wisdom that is within you in that moment. Every moment of presence is taking you one breath closer to your own divine light.
