It seemed that from the very beginning of the week, a crescendo of energy was building that would literally peak just after mid-week and provide resolve, in some form, by Sunday. As the energy seemed to rise, there were acknowledgements occurring in the many levels and layers of life. Things we have been asked to see, to say, to handle or take care of, to bring closure to, open up, to hold accountable, to forgive and to be. Each of these requests resonating so deeply through the intricate web of life and karma that the balance seemed difficult to pin down. In the end, it really felt like the scavenger hunt to seek the answers, leading us to places that we were simply not sure we wanted to go, or even sure we could go, and of course, all of this leading us so assuredly to the next place of growth.
Many things begin with the simplest of questions, which all hold the possibility of growing into something complicated or even overwhelming. In the first few days of last week there were several aspects of life brewing and bubbling. You may have found yourself in anticipation of something spectacular that you had been preparing for, or maybe some kind of situation or feeling you knew would bubble over at any moment. As with many forms of excitement and fear, your heart beats a little faster, the places in your body tense up, your voice is soft or cracks or won’t come through at all, and you may find you hold your breath. When you are being called to answer the request of the Universe (the Divine, Source, God, etc.) as you were this last week, there is no evading it. The idea of escaping, is your fear bubbling to the surface, holding you in a prison of unknowing, however the great news is, you are in control of that fear. There is a beauty that you experience when the energies rise this way and you are given the most beautiful opportunity to find courage and strength to look your calling in the eye and say hello. It is the things that we feared the most that brought us to some type of empowerment and awakening. As this occurred, the questions, closures, and forgiveness, will have lifted you to a place of peace and understanding, freeing up the heaviness you carried.
Some of the energy that was arising mid-week may have been attached to a form of karmic flow either arising or coming full circle. Karma is a Sanskrit word that states that a person’s actions in one form of existence influence their experiences in another existence. In other words, karma is recognizing that every action has a reaction; a debt must be paid. You can carry karma into this life from previous lifetimes both good and bad. In an opportunity to clear some karma, your week may have brought some closure to a situation that had been bugging you for a long time or maybe you were able to let go of someone or something that was no longer serving your life. In the sense of letting people move out of your life remember that relationships have karmic ties as well. Every experience you have with another being is some kind of opportunity to expand your awareness. When a person exits your life for any reason at all, you have a choice on how that goes, remembering that you are only responsible for your own actions. Every experience is teaching you something and those people who feel like the most challenging are often those with the most to teach you. Finding a clear and heartfelt resolve for yourself is the best way to clear the karmic tie to that experience so that you will not have to repeat that lesson again. Of course it’s important to know that the process for healing and learning may bring up some emotion around it, but this is only so you can go to a deeper place of healing. This may have been what peaked the energy of it all.
By the weekend, many of the most intense energies were coming to a close in some way. For some of you it may have taken you right to Sunday to really find peace with where you are heading in your personal growth journey. For others, within the peace, you may have realized that this is the beginning of a new and expanded way of being. Whichever you found to be the most resonant for your travels, know that you are always supported and looked after. You will find many footprints of those who’ve travelled here before you, those steps off the path and new ones appearing behind you. Appreciate that there was a moment of stillness and peace with the closing of last week, as these moments remind you to stop and breathe.
