Wow…what a change the weather can make here in the Northwest. This last week presented opportunity not only for great change, but for deep realizations of self and environment. It seemed that moving into the week the energies frequency was so potent that it felt as if physical matter would begin levitating. This was present not only in the rocks and stones, but also in throughout the human body. So much changing so quickly that the vibrations sometimes feel much lighter within us. I experienced several friends and family in the space of looking their own enlightenment in the eye and seeing their truth dance before them. I also witnessed that lightness take literal form through the sunshine that had blessed the week and created a rise in the energy for myself and others. In times similar to this I feel like I would be concerned that the over-abundance of lightness would sweep some of us up, up and away into the ether where we may not return from fully, however, this lightness feels very different. We have been looking to rise out of the darkness, to come out from under the rock of a long and challenging winter season and this light is the hand, reaching down into the darkness illuminating our hearts as it pulls us out.
One lesson from last week is everything in moderation. As the week began with the usual shadow and rain, it shifted into the bright warm sun which blew the breeze over your skin and into your lungs. This light brought with it an immediate shift in all beings and living things. There is something so magnificent about the way that light can have such an effect on body, mind, and spirit. It feels like an instant lift in the vibration of the heart and emotions. People coming out of the darkness opens a whole new world for everyone, as there is more to see, to understand and to experience. This opening to the light was not only in the physical realm. This kind of unexpected impact ripples out into the body influencing the energy your thoughts, the feeling of your inner awareness to your senses, and the functionality of your Chakras. It is as if the rising of the sun elevates the growth frequency of the spirit body. Letting go of the heavy stuff becomes easier and the feeling of that freedom lasts longer than before, creating some form of euphoria within you which then emanates into your energy field and out into the space around you. This lightness becomes something that touches those around you.
When there is so much lightness around, being shared through all forms of contact, the feeling of it becomes normal and is easily available to attain. This can create a heightened space of “airy” energy which is easy for some to handle and not so easy for others. The “airy-ness” will manifest differently for everyone.
- Some people will feel like they are not here, in the sense that their body is here and can function but there is a part of them that is floating around in some other place (realm). In this case it is important to maintain gentle grounding practices with the use of oils and stones, or being in nature while your spiritual practice is engaged.
- Some will actually feel more tired or out of sorts. Like there is a haze or veil preventing clarity to make decisions of the simplest capacity. Here it is important to listen to your physical body so if you need rest, get it. Slow down and be more present and in the moment. The more conscious you are able to be moment to moment, the less the fog can penetrate and distract your thoughts and decisions.
- Some of you will actually feel an abundance of Bliss. This is a really powerful place to be in the sense that it often correlates to being more grateful in general. You might experience more of a “high” feeling throughout your day and feel giddy and ready to flutter at a moment’s notice. This is an energy you wish you could bottle up for those guaranteed rainy days. It is also an energy which can be honed to stimulate deeper practice and spiritual awakening. Let the light flow through and share it as much as you can. This will support the others who may be struggling with life and the world.
No matter what you are experiencing in the lightness of things, remember that everyone feels it and not everyone knows how to process the extra. Be kind and have compassion for the world around you and ALWAYS for yourself.
Much Love Friends!
